Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund products within 28 days provided that the product is returned with a valid invoice and it is in it's original state. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of heart, custom products or made-to-measure products.

We will refund to your original payment method where possible for cost of the product - excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.

 

Payments
50% Deposit is required upon acceptance of any quotes & before any materials are ordered for custom work.
All payments must be made in full before dispatch or collection.

There may be additional delivery fees if stated in quotation or delivery is required after inital acceptance of order. All orders through website shop will have shipping fees calculated through checkout.
